When choosing a home inspection company or home inspector, see if they are the caring and professional person or company that they claim to be.
It is so important that you choose a home inspector that is physically capable (and willing) to crawl attics and crawlspaces that are accessible and safe to enter. It is unfortunate that some inspectors cannot do the thorough work that you may expect. We have had reports from the field and from our clients’ that some inspectors do not care as much as they should.
This is unfortunate.
